What is Reiki?

Reiki healing is an organic, non-invasive, complementary Eastern health approach that encourages the body’s innate energy flow to help alleviate stress, boost mood, better sleep, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life.
“Reiki” originates from the Japanese words “Rei,” meaning universal, and “Ki,” meaning life energy, and is based upon our biofield, a type of energy field that “regulates everything from our cellular function to our nervous system."
Promoting relaxation encourages the body's natural self-healing process to take place successfully and stimulates the immune system, creating a feeling of security and wellness.

What to Expect...

You will be laying on a massage table fully clothed with a blanket and pillow for your comfort. There are two approaches you may partake in: hands-on or off-the-body experience, which involves the practitioner's hands gently placed on or hovering over various parts of the body, such as the head, torso, and limbs, to promote healing and well-being. It is essential to note that healing is not a straightforward journey, and at times may bring up mixed emotions or recollections that can be challenging. However, this process is vital for growth; we must confront our feelings to heal, move forward, and bloom with grace.
